Stop rushing about. Look up at the sky. Listen to the sounds of nature.
Find a special place with meaning to you. Sit quietly. Close your eyes and imagine all the wonderful things in your life and those you care about and who care for you.
Hug your pet. Take time every week to tell those around you who help make your life a little better how you appreciate them. Life, Love and Laughter. Take time to pause and appreciate.
